Zij is volledig handgemaakt met zachte teddy stof en kreeg mooie handgeschilderde vleugels van katoen.
Ze heeft glazen ogen en kreeg lange wimpers.
Met een rokje van tule en mooie zwarte schoentjes staat Cocci te pronken.
Kopje en poten zijn beweegbaar.
